I am an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach, Senior Technology Project Manager, and Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC). For more than twenty years I have led enterprise technology programmes from Lagos across Nigerian and international engagements, most often with organisations large enough that change has to be designed rather than announced.

My work sits at the intersection of organisational agility, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. That combination matters: it means I can talk about delivery speed and risk posture in the same conversation, rather than leaving executives to reconcile two sets of advice that quietly contradict each other. In practice this covers operating model design, PMO governance, DevSecOps and Zero Trust adoption, and governance for AI in mission-critical systems.

Complex technology programmes rarely fail because of technology. They fail when strategy, people, governance, and execution fall out of alignment.

At MTN Nigeria I delivered a US$200M enterprise technology transformation programme 1.5 months ahead of schedule, contributing to a 13% contract extension, and led the deployment of the first eSIM implementation in Nigeria — the second on the African continent — recognised at the time by the Chief Information Officer. As Operations Manager and Scrum Master on the MTN Group API Exchange programme, I helped scale the platform from roughly 2 billion to over 200 billion annual transactions, and I have supported strategic technology programmes across nine African countries.

My executive education includes the Senior Management Programme at Lagos Business School (2019), the Global Leadership and Innovation Programme at The Wharton School, and the Emerging Leaders Programme at the Indian School of Business (2023), alongside an MBA, an MSc in Computer Science, and doctoral research in data communication and networking. I hold PMP, SAFe, Scrum.org, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PRINCE2, MSP, and P3O certifications, and I keep them current because clients are entitled to know that the advice they are paying for is anchored in something more durable than opinion.
